Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

Auto accident

Can I sue? Does Nev. law allow a car to travel

through an intersection if a car on its right is

stopped at intersection and going in the same

direction? Car #1 passes stopped car and strikes

car entering the intersection from opposite

direction. The struck car entered from stopped

position, waved through by Car #2 who was stopped

going in same direction as Car #1.

Answer not simple

The answer to your question depends on many more facts than you have given. If the other driver did not have the right of way, he will probably be viewed as negligent. Whether your claim is viable will depend upon, in part, the severity of the injuries you suffered.

Most lawyers handling this type of case would be happy to discuss it with you at no charge.
