Legal Question in Personal Injury in Nevada

I fell on a wet marble floor in a casino in Reno. I didn't break anything but hit my left knee and ankle causing swelling and pain. Hotel Security personel were their immediatly after the fall. This happened in front of the pool area... What should I do?

If there were signs warning of the wet area, or if it's obvious because it's near a pool, you would have a hard time getting anything out of the hotel. Obvious dangers in trip and fall cases in Nevada are not well received by the courts here.
