Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Dissolution of an LLC

I've established an LLC less than a year ago. I've made no business transactions or purchases. Basically, I simply have a name, that's it. I want to dissolve my LLC which is from the Nevada Corporation, however I live in NJ. What am I liable for? Will this affect my taxes even though no transactions were made? How do I go about dissolving my LLC?

Re: Dissolution of an LLC

Yor LLC operating agreement may specify how the entity is dissolved. Otherwise, dissolution is governed by the Nevada law found here: http://www.leg.state.nv.us/NRS/NRS-086.html

Rather than dissolving and taking a total loss on this, I may have a buyer for the LLC shell you appear to have. Please contact me should you wish to discuss further details.
