Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

No heat in rented house

We have no heat in a rented house. It is now below zero..

Do we have a right for them to pay for us to stay at a hotel?

Have you told them? You probably do have the right if you told them that there was no heat. If not, you have to tell them and give them 48 hours to fix, except due to the weather lately, I believe that you can go to the hotel room and still get reimbursed despite not waiting 48 hours.
