Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Our landlord's house was being repossessed by the bank, and the bank gave us 60 day notice. Just before the 60 days was up, the landlord worked out some kind of deal with the bank and is no longer being repossessed. Are we obligated to pay the rent for those two months?

You will have to pay your landlord. You obligation to your landlord is separate and distinct from your landlord's obligation to his lender. If you do not pay you will probably be given a 5 day notice to pay rent or quit which will be granted by the Justice Of The Peace.
