Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

property vesting

What do I need to do to change the way my property is vested? Right now it is recorded as a joint tenancy between myself and my wife. We would like to change this to a community property with rights of survivorship.

Re: property vesting

Honestly, your question is a little confusing and I would need additional information. Most married couples actually hold title as joint tenants (with rights of survivorship). But just because you hold title in a certain way does not mean that there cannot be (or is) a community interest in it. Unless you've done something strange or there are facts you aren't including, the house is already community property.
