Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

After my sister passed everything was willed to her husband who now wants me out of the condo I have resided in for two years. Note that my sister promised to but me a home I could live in for the rest of my life, then had me (and only me) find a real estate agent, search for homes, choose the condo and negotiate the purchase price. I am the only one residing at this address and all of my bills have been sent here since day one. Also; and to be noted, I am listed on the purchase paperork as having put down a modest $2,000 deposit on this $160,000 home. What are my options please!
