Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Nevada

Warranty Deed

My husband and I own Nevada real estate in our revocable living trust, but we would like to transfer it to our sub S corporation. What type of warranty deed should we use to accomplish this? Thank you for your help.

Re: Warranty Deed

FIRST, WHAT IS THE REASON FOR THIS? IS IT COMMERCIAL PROPERTY? IS THERE A LOAN AGAINST IT? WHAT IS THE FAIR MARKET VALUE? ARE YOU GOING TO CREATE A TAXABLE EVENT HERE? DID YOU CONSULT WITH YOUR CPA ABOUT THIS? WHAT IS THE STATED BUSINESS PURPOSE OF YOUR S CORP? IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY THE S CORP WILL BE SUED? DO YOU WANT TO PUT THE REAL ESTATE AT RISK BY PUTTING IT INTO A CORPORATION?
