If there are no Federal and no Income taxes in Nevada, How do I claim expense credit ... or do I?

You are mistaken about Federal taxes. You are required to pay Federal taxes, even in Nevada. If you don't want to pay Federal taxes, you should go to Puerto Rico to live.
