Bidding Contract
I signed a bidding contract with my ex-wife pertaining to a mobile home and 5th wheel I am now responsible for. At the end of the contract she added that if something happened to me my estate would go to my adult children. If I re marry will I be bound to that or will my new wife get what we accumulate togeather if I make out a will.

Your question is unclear - I have never heard of a "bidding contract" - do you mean a "binding contract?" In order to interpret any contract, I would need to see the complete document. This I cannot do in the Law Guru format. There can be enormous costs to representing yourself. It is dangerous to sign any contract, especially with an ex spouse, if you don't understand the terms.
