As a fiancee of a deceased man do I have any rights. He didnt have a will. We were living together for 3 years.

I don't see you having any inheritance rights as a fiancee. If you helped pay for any assets of the estate you might be able to make a claim against the estate for what you contributed, although that sort of claim won't be easy.
