Living trust
I have prepared and had notarized a living trust document to include my (mortgaged) home and personal possessions therein. Can I wait to have it filed with the county until after my demise?

Re: Living trust
You don't have to record a living trust. However, you do have to record the deed putting your house in the living trust.
