Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada
Probate
If the primary residence of a person is in Las Vegas, NV, and their home, bank accounts, etc. are inLas Vegas, NV as well, and if that person should succumb in California, what state would a probate take precedence?

Nevada would have to probate the house unless it was in a living trust.
