Legal Question in Workers Comp in Nevada

work comp injury and my pay check
I injured my back at work and had to leave early to be sen by a Dr. He released me back to work but with restrictions. However I felt my back hurt to bad to work the next two days. Now i am missing 22 hours on this pay period. Is my work supposed to pay me for those days or do I just miss out???

Hello. You are entitled to lost time pay under work comp only if you miss 5 or more days in a twenty day period.

Is your employer able to work you within your restrictions? If not, then you are entitled to lost time pay (ttd) after five days of lost work.
