Legal Question in Workers Comp in Nevada

workers comp - internationl

i have a long term contract with a

Nevada based company.

My employer sent me to work in Asia

I had a work accident in Asia and I

am back in U.S. for treatment. I

cannot work.

Would I be entitled to U.S. workers

comp although my accident

happened in China? or does the

accident need to happen within the

U.S.?

if not, would i be entitled to sue my

employer for compensation?
