Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in New Hampshire

Motion to reconsider denied - what next?

I recently received a decree of divorce which I did not agree with. I then filed a motion to reconsider, which was denied (no error, no new facts alleged). What can I do now? I have not been able to hire an attorney but feel very strongly about my case. This is being done through a Superior Court - can I go higher? Or is there anything else I can file?

Yes, you can try to appeal an error of law to the state Supreme Court, but without knowing more about your case I cannot advise you whether you have a realistic chance.
