Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire

Can a business refuse to provide service to anyone as long as it is not for discrimination reasons? For example our reason is that the check was not signed in our presents it is from a 3rd party and the contract was not signed in our presents.

You have every right to require another form of payment. Alternatively, you could go to the drawee bank with the customer and negotiate it, and then provide services. Best wishes,
