Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire
A company that I previously did business with under contract has sold $4000.00 in additional gift certificates to my restaurant without a contract, what are my options?

Did they pay you? Presumably, the original contract gave them a commission on these sales and they would remit the difference?
