Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire

No support/refund for hacked account

My account at a gaming website was hacked, stolen, and deleted over three weeks ago. I have not gotten any support or responses from anyone, despite the numerous messages I send. Is there anything I can do about this? I have also paid money over the past year to play this game. . . am I entitled to a refund?

Re: No support/refund for hacked account

Well, there's not really a way to respond directly to your email from this site. As for your legal question, it all really depends on what the agreement, if any, between you and this site contains. I would think you are entitled to something, whether it be reinstatement of the account or a refund. What, exactly, is meant by your account being "stolen"? I understand someone hacking your account but what was stolen? I would imagine that if someone just hacked the account to delete it, an appropriate response by the site's operators would be to reinstate the acct.
