Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Hampshire

Mortgage Closing

on January 20th I closed on a mortgage.

This company gives 1 week for me to cancel of which I DID NOT.

I received a call today the 27th saying that the loan has been denied and I needed to sign and send in the cancellation.

PLEASE NOT TIME IS UP FOR ME TO CANCEL !!!!!!!

My question is I already closed on the loan, ARE they legally bound to there committal???

What direction can I take on this matter

It is not clear what you mean by "closed" because you then say the loan was denied.. Also, the documents will dictate your rights so you need a lawyer to look at them. The facts you presented do not make sense.
