company card defraud

Is it against the law to use a company credit that's in your name, And can the company keep your savings plan? if it is against the law what can happen ?

All subject to contract. If it is in YOUR NAME, how could it be company card? Company savings plan would have to have an offset clause to deduct amts owed.
