debt collection in new hampshire

I own a sub S corp. I personally guaranteed debts which are noe in collection. I am married. I have a mortgage but the house is in my wife''s name 100%. can the collectors put a lien on the house. If yes how can I protect against that

It depends a bit on when your wife obtained sole ownership of the home; if you just did, it might be viewed as a fraudulent transfer. If the home has been in her name for a while then the creditor should not be able to attach the home. This answer is based on very limited information.
