hindering an arrest

i was driving a friend home as we aproached her st. i noticed there were police near her house she said dont take me home now (she had been drinking)so i didnt make the turn.idrove up the street and parkedi asked if if somthing happened she said no.then afew min. later a police car came flying up the st.and put his spot on my car. igot out he yelled do you live here and came forward with his gun and flash light looked in my car.atthe same time two police cars coverged he yelled her she is i new it. he told her to get out of the car apparently she had driven by him 5 or 6 hrs before and her lic. had been suspended for non pymt. of a fine. he then turned to me and said your going to you now why ireplied no idont because you ran but i had not run ididnt even make contact or come within 200 yards of them i wasnt signaled or chased orflagged down in any way. he said it dosnt matter this is my town and you'll go in front of my jugde who do you think he will belive. he arested me for hindering an arrest and wreckless driving.put me in acellwith feces urine that apeared to be smeared purposly.handcuffed my friend to the bars inside acell for atleast30 min. i listened to her screams pleaing to be let loose so she could go to the bathroo
