Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

I was texted by a detective about setting up a drug deal. is this entrapment or can they charge me with conspiracy?

It is not entrapment or conspiracy. But unless you need something from the detective (i.e. without helping him out you are going to jail), why would you put yourself in that position? Even if you do need something from him you should speak with a criminal defense attorney before even considering participating. Get any deal or promise in writing first.
