Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

Submitting an appeal

My friend was arrested and convicted of dui and she completed her required course. She filed an appeal only to be told she did not file it within 20 days and so was denied an appeal. She said she was never told about the time limit. Is there any way to overturn this appeal?

I'm sorry that I don't understand your question. If she was convicted and accepted the penalty, and completed the course, what did she appeal? If it is an appeal from a conviction after a trial, you're probably out of luck. I would need far more information to respond properly. It might be a good idea for your friend to sit down with an attorney to review all the facts.
