Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

The father of my doughter is on child support & is obligated to pay 50.00 dollers a month that he never pays. He has a law suit for a car accident pending in CT. and I am in NH. My question is, is there anyway I could get a portion of that for my daughter??
