Adultry in New Hampshire is still a crime. However, it is very rare to see it prosecuted. It may be grounds for a fault based divorce. In such case there may be an unequal division of property or other adjustments made. Many cases involving divorce are handled more privately through mediation or Collaborative Law so that neither party has to discuss such matters in a public forum.
