Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Can we nullify this divorce?

My husband and I got a divorce in April of last year. The judge said all necessary paperwork relating to assets and property needed to be filled out within a month of the divorce.

No paperwork regarding the homes or health insurance, etc. were ever filled out. We have reconciled.

Is this divorce legal without all paperwork completed and/or can it be nullified?

Re: Can we nullify this divorce?

The divorce went through. Just because some elements were not done does not nullify the judgment. If you are really serious about reconciliation, then you can file a joint motion with the court to vacate the judgment and dismiss the complaint for divorce.
