Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

My ex wife and I have joint custody of our 15 year old son. He lived with her in MA until April 1, 2012 and has lived with me in NH since then. Our original divorce agreement states that she will claim him as a dependent on her taxes. When he came to live with me we made a verbal agreement that she won't pay any child support but I get to claim him as a dependent. Now she is saying she is going to claim him even though he lives with me. Can she do that?

She can do that but you should file for an amended order now that the circumstances have changed. This is also dependent upon how long he has lived with you in 2012 amongst other considerations.
