will
can a will between 2 married people be changed after one of them dies? my dad is ill and his wife is greedy. we are afraid my mothers things will go to her son after his death even though he made a will. can she change it?

The general rule is that either party in a married relationship has the right to change his or her will at any time. There are some wills which may contain a provision to the contrary. An examination of the original will would reveal the answer to your question.
