Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire

Iam from Jamaica and came to the United States for work. My job applies for extensions for me to stay here and work, but my question is how can I travel home for a visit and then return to work here in the Unites States? My visa expired and Iam working in the US on my work extensions.

Thank You

If you plan to depart the USA and travel abroad, before coming back, you will have to apply and obtain a new visa at the US embassy or consulate abroad. Without a valid visa you will not be allowed back to USA. Extension of status are not good when one travels internationally - a valid visa is required.
