Legal Question in Immigration Law in New Hampshire

Inorder to get L1 Visa approved, if the businnesses in uSA and business in non us contry is diffferent, then as per law , is the petition approvable ? any other coment s on this

( for example, if business in US would be computers software sales, and business in india is cotton merchant )

The two business do not need to be in the same industry. What will control is that the two businesses have shared corporate ownership. If I can be of further assistance please let me know.
