Legal Question in Employment Law in New Hampshire

I live in NH but worked in Mass for 3 months I was let go with out a reason but he owes me over 40 hours in overtime (with time and a half pay) which he made it clear I will not get. I was not salary I was hourly. what do I do?

In most cases, you should contact my office FIRST, then we can discuss whether or not it is in your best interest to file a complaint with the AG's office.
