Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in New Hampshire

sec. dep. dispute with exboyfriend. Help!

He moved out shortly after we moved in together. We each paid 1/2 (675$ EA) towards the sec. dep. When he moved out, he wrote a letter to the property management co. that he wanted his half back when I move out. I have no problem with that. I wrote a letter of agreement to them. Even with no written agreement, I was told by them thats how the property management co was going to legally handle it. well now, 1 1/2 yrs later, hes demanding me to give him his money now, not wanting to wait until I move out and wants to take me to court. Does he even have a case or am I ok?

The boyfriend even though has no case he can make nuisance to you. He appears to be notorious and has spare time to do all such things . You can file a caveat in case you are worried for exparte order or wait and watch . How can you decide as to what your boyfriend should or should not do
