Legal Question in Personal Injury in New Hampshire

My sister went out to Halloween party over the weekend & while she was there a fight happened with two gentlemen, one guy threw a glass and missed the other guy and hit my sister in the face. My sister left the bar and went directly to the hospital.

Is the bar responsible for my sisters safely?

Are they responsible for medical expenses?

The bar may be responsible. The bar must take reasonable steps to secure a safe establishment. In addition, if the fighting patrons were legally intoxicated as a result of over service by the bar, the bar has an issue.
