Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

I would like to change the names on my deed to my house. But when I looked at it my daughters name is before mine and my youngest son is not even on it. The house was originally in my husband and my name, when he pasted away 21 years ago I had thought all my childrens names added with mine. As it is writen now it is my daughters name then nime then my oldest son. What would I have to do so my name is first then kids names? Also dose it matter whoch order there names are in?

Thank you for your time and effort.

It does not matter the order of the names on the deed. What does matter is the tenancy--joint tenant with right of survivorship or tenants in common. I am not sure why there was a deed done upon the passing of your husband. Normally, the home would go to you.

You may also want to consider whether it is in your best interest for the children to own a part of the home at this time.
