i am going through a divorce and would like to sign off a summer home i have with my husband I want my name of the deed as does he

Your divorce attorney should be able to handle the deed conveying your interest to your husband. The only remaining issue will be your obligation for any mortgage on the premises. This can be handled through the separation agreement, however, unless the lender removes you from the loan, you will be on the Mortgage Note.
You might want to have your husband refinance the Mortgage in his name only.
