By "Squatting" I'll assume you are asking questions regarding either holdover tenancy or adverse possession. Hold over tenancies are created when a lease expires and a person does not move out. Adverse possession occurs when a person trespasses onto land and claims it as their own, without permission, and holds it for the required amount of time.
