Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

I have a tenant who has not paid rent since Feb. 2012. what is the best procedure to evict him, the house is in New hampshire. Do I nedd an attorney? What would be the estimated cost?

You must evict tenant by going to court. There is a strict procedure. You absolutely need a lawyer since you are not local. Cost is dependent on whether the tenant fights the eviction. Generally figure $750 to 1200
