Yes. You need to file a claim with either the New Hampshire Human Rights Commission or the EEOC within 180 days of the last harassment. The last harassment depends on your facts. It could be when you were fired or the last time a comment was made. Call a lawyer soon. If you have a case, then he or she can help you file the complaint.
