Legal Question in Workers Comp in New Hampshire

Can workmans comp stop benifits if........

I have a problem with my hands they related it to my work i did an emg but could not finish it the last dr i saw said i didnt have carpel tunnel and he didnt know what i had and that i should do light duty work for two weeks then back to work full time. i did data entry. My hands still hurt and go numb. i wanted a second opinion. the wrkmn's comp people said if i did not do what the dr said as form of treatment i will lose my benifits. how can going back to work with my hands still killing treatment and if i go back to work and not go quick enough can i lose my job.

You should consult a local attorney. I'm in Illinois. I can't advise you on your local laws or procedures. But you should get a second opinion, even if you have to pay for it yourself. You need to know what is wrong with you even if it is not related to your work activities. If it is then you have a better claim if you choose to pursue a case.
