Thank you for your inquiry. If your surgeon performed your orthopedic procedure incorrectly and caused you permanent damage resulting in a lack of knee function (not related to your initial ACL condition), then you may be able to pursue a medical negligence action. Please call me or any of my partners at the Blume Goldfaden Law Firm to discuss your potential claim; (973)635-5400. We look forward to speaking with you and will assist you in any way we can.
