Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in New Jersey

My friend was granted the right to an attorney in fight of her sexual harassment case. The case has been going on for a month and a half and her attorney left her a voicemail today saying he refuses to fight her case. What happens now? Is she appointed another attorney? Does she have to do anything?

I'd have to know more details about what happened. I'm not sure why an attorney would be "appointed", but I am available to talk to you about representation.
