I would first recommend you talk to your current attorney about your issues since that attorney is most familar wtth the issues in your case. If you still do not feel comfortable, you should look for another attorney because you need to feel confident with their advice.

Good luck.

I would be happy to follow up with you. Please email me directly or call my office if you would like to schedule an appointment either in person or by telephone. My contact information is listed in the links below.

You should ask your lawyer to answer this question.

If your lawyer does not answer this question, then fire the lawyer. And hire a good divorce attorney right away.

If you do not have an attorney, you need one right now. You have a serious problem, and you need legal advice.

There is a lot at risk here, and you do not want to lose all of that.

You need a lawyer to sit down with you and give you some advice.

I can explain things in detail in person after we talk. I will explain what legal issues I see, and what I can do to assist you.

This will be a free consultation. After we talk, you can decide what you would like to do.

Give me a call, make an appointment to come see me, and let's get moving on this for you. No charge for the telephone call and no charge for the first office visit.
