You definitely need to retain an Attorney. these are complicated issues and not ones which have black and white answers. I suggest you call my office for an appointment.

As the others have said, you should definitely get an attorney and go over all the issues with the attorney. Your attorney would need to go over all of the facts to answer this particular questions. But I can tell you, as a general rule, everything or almost everything is usually considered "martial property" and subject to equitable distribution, regardless of whose name is on the title. There are some exceptions, but they are very fact specific, and you will have a very hard time arguing that the property should not be divided without an attorney assisting you.
