Misrepresentation
i signed a contract with the intentions of hiring a dj. this person is not a dj but an entertainer and will not perform dj type services for my wedding reception. i am now being sued in small claims court. need some advise

It really depends on what the contract says and how that differs from what you believed you were getting. You should answer the complaint because if you do not the person will end up getting a judgment against you.
