Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Jersey

I am the seller of a property in southern NJ. The buyer's real estate agent sent to my real estate agent an addendum to modify certain terms of the contract of sale. It contains an attorney review period. I would like to get out of the contract if possible. Can I hire an attorney to cancel the entire contract under this attorney review provision, or is the attorney review limited only to this addendum?
