Legal Question in Disability Law in New Jersey

disability discrimination
I have a hernated disc the company knows this but when i slipped on lose gravel and hurt my back again the company doctor examined me no treatment at all and said that i was medical maxed now they took me off workers compensations and they wont allow me to go back to work.I belive my rights are being volated. please help
