If I felt I was discriminated and terminated due to an illness covered in the ADA, what is the statue of limitations?

As a general rule, you have 180 days in which to file a Charge of Discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. However, depending on whether your state is what is known as a "deferral jurisdiction," you can have up to 300 days in which to file your Charge.

As a general rule, it is not a good idea to delay filing until the last minute. Filing as soon as possible deals with the problem of timeliness.
