The amount of the fine depends on whether you are convicted. Unless you are found guilty, there is no fine. If you are found guilty, or plead guilty, the fine is $200.00 plus court costs. In either event, there is no loss of license.

Will you be found guilty? You provided insufficient facts for me to offer a prognosis. If you plead guilty, the likelihood that you will be convicted is approximately 100%. You may be able to successfully fight it, depending on the circumstances of the stop and the issuance of the summons.
